50% Refund: If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before your scheduled tour.
No Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour or no-shows.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or official recommendations, we provide a partial refund based on the activities impacted. A full refund applies only if the entire tour is canceled.
